Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thinkloop mobile application (the “App”), the free tools at thinkloop.vercel.app, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Promptify SRL (“Promptify”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Questions: help.promptify@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, if any.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

License to use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services (“User Content”), such as goals, reflections, check-ins, and quiz responses. You grant Promptify SRL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including generating requested outputs, syncing, and backups). You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.

AI-generated features

Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently evaluated.

You should not rely on outputs as professional advice (see Disclaimers).

To provide these features, relevant inputs and context (including parts of your User Content) may be processed by our AI service providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services (including by hacking, probing, or scraping).

Do not reverse engineer or bypass security or access controls, submit infringing or unlawful content, or upload malware.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Payment and billing are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and their terms also apply.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown at purchase unless canceled through your app store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, its length and the price after the trial are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at that price.

Refunds are handled by the app store provider and subject to their policies. For iOS, use of the app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as authentication providers, subscription management, and AI providers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their terms or practices.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Thinkloop provides general educational and productivity tools and may provide AI-generated content. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptify SRL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event will Promptify SRL’s total liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Promptify SRL from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Promptify SRL is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where prohibited by applicable law. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date indicates when they were last revised, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
