This Privacy Policy explains how Promptify SRL (“Promptify”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Thinkloop mobile application (the “App”), the free tools at thinkloop.vercel.app, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). What we collect
Information you provide: account information such as name, email, and authentication method; and content you submit such as goals, milestones, plans, reflections, quiz responses, check-ins, and the answers you enter in the free web tool.
Information generated by your use: app activity and state (features used, progress and streak status, timestamps); device and technical data (device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate network information, and IP address); and, if you enable them, push notification tokens and preferences plus timezone.
Subscription and purchase information: purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details; we may receive purchase and entitlement status via our billing provider.
AI processing data: to provide coaching features we process relevant inputs you provide (such as excavation answers, aspirations, reflections, or quiz results) and the AI-generated outputs.
How we use information
Provide and operate the Services, including account creation, syncing progress, and delivering app and web features.
Generate personalized content, including AI-assisted coaching outputs such as your anti-vision, ego-stage read, and Game Map.
Process subscriptions and entitlements, including restoring purchases and determining access to premium features.
Send notifications you request or opt into, maintain safety and security, prevent abuse, debug issues, and communicate with you about your account.
How we share information
We use third-party vendors to operate the Services. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices and subject to contractual and security protections. We do not sell your personal data.
Supabase: database, authentication, and server-side functions.
OpenRouter (AI routing) and underlying model providers, which may include OpenAI and Google, for AI-generated features. The content you provide for these features (such as your written reflections, goals, and coach messages) is sent to these providers solely to generate your content, only after you consent in the app, and under contractual protections at least as protective as this policy. It is not used by us for advertising and we do not permit these providers to use it to train their models.
PostHog (EU-hosted): product analytics such as feature usage, screen views, and subscription funnel events, with personally identifying values filtered out before sending.
Sentry: crash reporting and diagnostics (error traces, device model, OS version, app version) so we can find and fix bugs.
RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management.
Expo / Expo Notifications: push notification delivery tooling.
Apple and Google: in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through their app stores.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect the rights and safety of users or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Your choices and rights
Access the personal information we hold about you and correct inaccurate information.
Delete your account and associated data, subject to legal and operational retention needs. The App includes account deletion; you can also request deletion by emailing help.promptify@gmail.com from the email associated with your account.
Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as compliance, dispute resolution, and security. We take reasonable measures designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact help.promptify@gmail.com.
International data transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. The “Last updated” date indicates when it was last revised.
